Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, RE-SCHEDULING, TARDINESS, & NO REFUND POLICIES

Ms. Cagianese must receive a written (text or email) notification of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.

The student will be responsible for paying the full price of the canceled lesson if notice falls outside this 24-hour grace period.

Should a student need to reschedule, the student must reach out via text or email to Ms. Cagianese at least 24 hours in advance to have the appointment moved. Students who do not show up to their scheduled lesson-time and ask for their lesson to be rescheduled past 24-hours will not have their request honored and will be required to pay for the lesson they were unable to attend.
Students who show up late to class are not allowed to adjust their lesson fee based on the time they show up. If the student scheduled a one hour lesson and shows up 30-minutes late, the student must pay for the one hour lesson; if the student scheduled a 45-minute lesson and shows up 15 minutes late, the student must pay for the 45-minute lesson; etc. Students are also not allowed to change their lesson time length past 24 hours and are expected to pay for the length of time they originally signed up for.
If extenuating circumstances do occur, Ms. Cagianese is understanding of this and will offer 1 free make up lesson to be used within a one month period from the date of the missed lesson. This grace period is offered once every six months.
Ms. Cagianese holds the right to discontinue any future lessons with students who have outstanding payments.
Thank you for your time and business.
